Barker did pull some pranks and hoaxes, sometimes with Jim Moseley. I’ve posted some examples on this site. One of his most notorious ones was the “Straith Letter,” a note to contactee George Adamski, on government stationery. I don’t know what kind of a man he was. The more I dig into this material, the more I’m fascinated by the people, rather than what they were reporting.
