West Saint Paul John had sent a letter to Jaye Paro’s androids, suggesting plans for a public UFO demonstration. This is Apol’s answer, which, as usual, is frustratingly opaque. It does mention “three in dark clothing,” which I assume is a reference to the Men In Black.
Must have felt a little spooky getting a reply to a letter that hadn’t been received yet.

What interests me is the fact that a council is mentioned. When it comes to stories of contactees the aliens always describe their form of government as a council. Must be another weird coincidence that I’m sure John noticed as well.

I am not seeing where Apol’s government is a council. I see references to ages and to an assembly to hear an announcement like a town crier would do.
